**Job Title:** Building Control Officer Specialist
**Location:** Ballymoney/Coleraine
**Estimated Salary:** £17.64 - £19.35 per hour
We are seeking a highly skilled Building Control Officer Specialist to join our team in Ballymoney/Coleraine. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality, effective, and efficient Building Control Service.
The successful candidate will have a degree in a construction-related discipline or equivalent qualification, plus two years of experience in the building/construction industry. You will also have excellent communication skills and be able to interpret working drawings and specifications.
In this role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with Building Regulations and provide technical advice and consultancy services.
