About the Role: Our client is seeking a part-time Purchase Ledger Assistant to work in their Coleraine office. The successful candidate will support the Purchase Ledger Manager in high-volume invoicing and work as part of a larger team. Key responsibilities include processing multi-currency invoices, preparing and reconciling supplier statements, and resolving invoicing enquiries. In addition, you will submit credit requests for monthly supplier rebates and process and manage new supplier accounts.

Responsibilities:
  1. Process multi-currency invoices efficiently and accurately
  2. Prepare and reconcile supplier statements on a regular basis
  3. Post payments to supplier accounts in a timely manner
  4. Resolve invoicing enquiries promptly and professionally
  5. Submit credit requests for monthly supplier rebates
  6. Manage new supplier accounts and maintain accurate records
  7. Perform ad hoc accounts administration duties as required

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a purchase ledger role
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft office

Location: Coleraine, Northern Ireland. Salary: £24,500 per annum pro-rata.
