Accounts Payable Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join our client's team in Coleraine. As a Purchase Ledger Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the finance team with various tasks, including processing invoices, reconciliations, and supplier management. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all supplier accounts are accurately recorded and up-to-date.

This is a part-time, permanent role, requiring 24 hours of work per week. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £24,500 pro-rata, reflecting your skills and experience. You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment, contributing to the success of our client's business.

Key responsibilities include processing multi-currency invoices, preparing and reconciling supplier statements, and posting payments to supplier accounts. You will also resolve invoicing enquiries in a timely and efficient manner, submit credit requests for monthly supplier rebates, and manage new supplier accounts. Additionally, you will perform ad hoc accounts administration duties as required.
