Job Summary:
REED Specialist Recruitment is partnering with a leading and family-operated distribution company based in Coleraine to recruit an experienced HR Officer to join their team. This is a Full-Time, Fixed-Term Contract to cover Maternity. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm (37.5 hours per week) with a salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

The role involves providing HR Generalist support across the business, including managing investigation, disciplinary & grievance case work, delivering corporate induction and HR training, recruitment tasks (end-to-end process), and providing advice and guidance in all HR-related matters in line with employment legislation and best practice. We are seeking an experienced HR professional with 2 years' experience in a HR Administration role, Degree in Human Resource Management or a related degree, and CIPD Qualified or willingness to work towards CIPD Qualification. Additional requirements include demonstrable experience of supporting recruitment campaigns, strong IT skills with the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and strong presentation skills. A full UK driving licence is also required. Desirable criteria include Sage experience & knowledge and strong employment law knowledge of NI.
