Job Title: HR Officer - People Champion
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team in Coleraine. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR Generalist support across Operations and Head Office functions in NI, Scotland & Republic of Ireland.
Main Responsibilities:- Drive the HR Strategy across the group by conducting investigations and disciplinary meetings, and managing associated case work
- Provide advice and support to Managers, Supervisors & Employees on all HR related matters
- Create and provide HR data analysis and reporting
- Coordinate internal & external training
A Degree in Human Resource Management or a related degree is essential, along with CIPD qualification or working towards it. Full UK driving licence and excellent IT skills are also required.
Salary and Benefits:Negotiable salary based on experience. Additional benefits include additional leave, canteen, company pension, discounted or free food, employee discount, enhanced maternity leave, and free parking.
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000-£30,000 per annum.
