Job Description:

The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing investigations, delivering corporate induction and training, recruitment tasks, and advising on HR-related matters. The successful candidate will have 2 years' experience in a HR Administration role and a degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 2 years' experience in a HR Administration role
  • Educational Background: Degree in Human Resource Management or a related degree
  • Certifications: CIPD Qualified or willingness to work towards CIPD Qualification
  • Skills: Demonstrable experience of supporting recruitment campaigns, strong IT skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Contract Details:

  • Full-time fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave
  • £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
