**Salary:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and inspirational SEND Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will collaborate closely with classroom teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to deliver high-quality support services that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

You will work tirelessly to ensure that every student receives a tailored learning experience, focusing on developing their skills, confidence, and academic achievements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff and SENCOs to design and implement personalized support plans
  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons, workshops, and CPD sessions to promote inclusive practices
  • Cultivate strong relationships with students, parents, and local community members to foster a culture of inclusivity and respect
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • A passion for working with children with SEND and a commitment to inclusive education
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • A degree in Special Educational Needs, Education, or a related field
  • Team Teach qualification or equivalent desirable
