**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Faculty of S.T.E.A.M within our Plumbing curriculum as an Academic Specialist in Personal Skills Development. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in supporting students to develop their Personal Development skills, Functional Skills Maths and English, and work-readiness.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Deliver motivating and inspiring teaching and learning that meets the needs of all students.
  • Support students in developing their British Values, Citizenship, and Work-readiness skills.
  • Work in line with the EIF framework to deliver topics that promote students' welfare, personal, and social development.
