Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans that meet the needs of learners and align with industry standards.

  • Work closely with the Curriculum Manager to develop and maintain curriculum resources and materials.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs.
  • Provide mentorship and support to teaching staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Relevant teaching or training qualification (e.g., Cert Ed, PGCE).
  • Appropriate Level 3 subject specialism in Plumbing.
  • Experience of leading and developing provision in accordance with quality assurance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
