About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as the Head of Corporate Services Procurement. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the procurement transformation of our Corporate Services category, working closely with C-Suite executives and stakeholders to develop and implement sourcing and procurement strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for all Corporate Services 3rd party spend, working closely with C-Suite executives and stakeholders.
  • Provide thought leadership on sourcing models to meet the different needs of the business, from catalogue and auctions to complex multi-year transformational procurement activity.
  • Accountable for the development of all Corporate Services related category strategies that are fully aligned with the business to maximize value for money.
  • Leadership and development of a Corporate Services Procurement team of 8, and transformation to being an outstanding team.
  • Negotiation of supplier contracts, incorporating key commercial and contractual requirements.
  • Being an ambassador for the commercial capability of Smart DCC.
Requirements
  • Significant sourcing experience with a demonstrable track record of savings delivery and category management experience, particularly in the Corporate Services domain.
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities, including supply market research, spend analysis, business requirements analysis, and bidder response evaluation.
  • Proven level of negotiation and dispute resolution skills, able to navigate and influence in complex, secure, and regulated environments.
  • Experience with cross-functional collaborative working methods.
  • Solution-driven, innovator, focusing on total cost and value creation.
  • Excellent level of line management experience, focusing on people development.
  • Dynamic, forward-thinking self-starter, able to drive performance and best-practice procurement within a changing and evolving environment.
