About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Recruitment Assistant to join our team. This role will provide administrative support to the Senior Recruitment Consultant and Branch Manager on internal recruitment campaigns, promoting the Unitemps service around the university. Key responsibilities include:

  • Scanning and inputting passports
  • Conducting Home Office checks and other data processing tasks
  • Submitting payroll forms for new starters on a weekly basis to the payroll team
  • Collecting and maintaining payroll information
  • Following recruitment processes from advertising to setting up bookings of temporary workers
Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess GCSE-level education or equivalent, with strong knowledge of recruitment and employment legislation. Previous experience in fast-paced administrative roles is also essential.
