Experienced Education Support Professional Wanted for Key Stage 2
2 weeks ago
We are currently seeking an experienced Education Support Professional to fill a 1-1 support role with a child at Key Stage 2 level. The ideal candidate will have a substantial amount of experience working with children with additional needs and a strong background in education.
The role will involve working with one child in a full class capacity to ensure they remain focused and receive the attention and support necessary to help them progress within their school life. The child's school has a friendly environment, structure, and an EHCP in place, with a solid SENCO to ensure support is provided and new ideas are put forward to follow the child's progress.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, knowledgeable, and nurturing, with the ability to go the extra mile to ensure the child progresses and is happy in the school environment. Previous experience working with children or adults with additional needs is highly desirable, but not essential.
This is an ongoing role with the opportunity to continue into the new year for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a mainstream school setting and have a strong understanding of the needs of children with additional needs.
