We are an outstanding primary school in the heart of Brent, dedicated to equipping each child with the skills, confidence, and passion they need to thrive. Our mission is to make every step of their educational journey meaningful.
Our forward-thinking ethos is built on respect, inclusivity, and aspiration. We believe in creating an environment where every child feels inspired to achieve their best. To support this vision, we are seeking a dedicated Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team.
This role involves working with students in small groups and one-on-one settings to provide targeted interventions and help them stay on track with their learning goals. You will play a critical role in supporting children with additional needs, helping them progress academically, socially, and emotionally.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues to plan engaging activities and resources that cater to individual learning styles. This may involve adapting lessons and materials to suit the needs of students with special educational needs (SEN).
We value our staff at every level and offer ongoing professional development opportunities, a collaborative work environment, and the chance to make a real difference in the lives of young learners. If you're passionate about education and want to inspire the next generation, we'd love to hear from you.
Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum. All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. However, we will keep your CV and continue to help you in your search for a job within education. Teach Now is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
