About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher to join our friendly and supportive team. As a Year 3 Class Teacher, you will play a vital role in inspiring and engaging young learners, creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports each child's individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Inspire and challenge children to achieve their best academically and socially
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure pupils' progress and well-being
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in Key Stage 2
- Strong knowledge of the Year 3 curriculum and effective teaching strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
