- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
- A passion for supporting young learners, especially in KS2.
- A patient, compassionate, and positive approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Assist in delivering tailored interventions and booster sessions in literacy and numeracy.
- Provide support for children with special educational needs (SEN), helping to adapt lessons and materials to suit individual learning styles.
- Support teachers with classroom management, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Encourage students to participate actively in lessons and foster a love for learning.
- Help plan and facilitate engaging activities and resources that make learning enjoyable and accessible for all students.
