Customer Service Operations Manager

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Operations Manager to join our team at McLaren Applied. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the electronics industry and to contribute to the success of our operations team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the stores SMT (surface mount technology) kitting processes, including taking a kit list and producing a kit ready for the SMT department to load and build products. You will also be required to support other stores requirements when needed, such as shipping and delivery of orders to schedule, kitting work orders, and booking in purchase orders within the specified lead time.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and operations management, with experience working in a similar role or industry. You will be a natural problem-solver, able to think critically and make decisions based on informed judgment. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with colleagues across different departments.
