Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily equipment checks and complete report forms for all equipment used, including mileage and service records.
  • Operate with diligence and care, adhering to Health and Safety parameters.
  • Provide control of waste directly at the point of unloading and maintain a clean working area.
  • Inform the shift leader about accidents, unsuitable waste, and other incidents.

Requirements:

  • Attitude for compliance and good attention to detail.
  • Robust, resilient, and able to absorb pressure and respond positively.

Advantageous:

  • Experience in Waste Management, Warehousing, or Construction.
  • Mechanical knowledge and mobile plant operation and maintenance.
  • Previous experience in operating a FLT, loading shovel, or 360.
