Job Title: Commercial Loan Servicing Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Loan Servicing Business Analyst to join our team at Pepper Advantage. As a key member of our business, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvements and ensuring seamless client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our commercial loan servicing processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement changes.
  • Provide leadership and project management expertise to deliver client change requests, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Map existing processes and control activities to identify areas for future-state enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all project and change activities.
  • Facilitate and coordinate remediation projects as required.
  • Deliver training and staff development initiatives to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in commercial lending or servicing is highly desirable.
  • Ability to analyze problems, think creatively, and make effective decisions in a timely manner.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of compliance procedures and standards, with the ability to maintain an ongoing awareness of compliance requirements.
  • Ability to manage concurrent projects of varying sizes and criticality.
