Job Title: Commercial Loan Servicing Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Loan Servicing Team Lead to join our team at Pepper Advantage. As a key member of our Commercial Loan Servicing team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent service delivery and performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, reduce complaints, and increase sales.

  • Knowledge of mortgage industry, commercial loan servicing, and arrears management.
