Job Title: Commercial Loan Servicing Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Loan Servicing Business Analyst to join our team at Pepper Advantage. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our commercial loan servicing services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our commercial loan servicing processes and systems.
  • Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
  • Provide leadership and coordination on all change requests, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Map existing processes and control activities to identify opportunities for future-state enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure seamless integration of new changes.
  • Manage the delivery of client change requests, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Update the internal Change Management System to store all project and change documentation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in commercial lending or servicing.
  • Ability to analyze problems, think creatively, and make effective decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage concurrent projects of varying sizes and criticality.
  • Knowledge of Buy-to-let mortgages is preferred.
