We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team on a 3-month contract-to-perm basis. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, SOX, and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and analyze journal entries to convert local GAAP reporting to US GAAP rules
- Prepare schedules associated with consolidated Balance Sheet, P&L, and notes to consolidated financial statements
- Prepare monthly financial packages for the executive team
- Support month-end close and day-to-day activities for subsidiaries as needed
- Prepare various ad-hoc reports for internal and external reporting requirements
We are looking for a strong Excel user with excellent communication and analytical skills. You should be a team player with the ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities. A CPA or equivalent experience, and 5-7 years of experience in finance roles is required.
