Job Title: Commercial Loan Servicing Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Loan Servicing Business Analyst to join our team at Pepper Advantage. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our commercial loan servicing services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our commercial loan servicing processes and systems.
  • Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Provide leadership and coordination on change requests, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Map existing processes and control activities to identify opportunities for future-state enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all project and change activities.
  • Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure seamless integration of new changes.
  • Deliver high-quality client-facing documentation to support the analysis of change requests.
  • Facilitate and coordinate remediation projects as required.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in commercial lending or servicing is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and make effective decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage concurrent projects of varying sizes and criticality.
  • Knowledge of Buy-to-let mortgages is a plus.
