Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team at Nairobi Coffee & Tea Co Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the accounts department and maintaining a flexible approach to meet the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
  2. Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and journals.
  3. Prepare and submit financial reports, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
  4. Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  5. Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry and filing.
  6. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.
  8. Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in accounting and financial administration.
  • Strong knowledge of financial software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Working Conditions:
