Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team at Nairobi Coffee & Tea Co Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the accounts department and maintaining a flexible approach to meet the needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and journals.
- Prepare and submit financial reports, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry and filing.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in accounting and financial administration.
- Strong knowledge of financial software and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time, permanent position.
- 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
- On-site parking available.
