We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Integris Financial Recruitment Ltd in Watford.
The ideal candidate will require strong computer literacy and knowledge of using QuickBooks accounting software.
Maintain finance filing systems and handle basic bookkeeping tasks using accounting software QuickBooks.
Support the other office staff with general operational tasks if/when required.
Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks is essential.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
Previous experience in accounts payable or general administrative roles is advantageous.
Own car required due to location.
