About the Role:

As a Paramedic Disability Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments with individuals who have diverse physical and mental health conditions. Your primary goal will be to gather accurate information and provide detailed reports to support the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments, gathering information about an individual's health conditions and how they impact their daily life.
  • Interpret medical evidence and compile comprehensive reports to support the DWP's decision-making process.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and support for clients.
Requirements:
  • NMC or HCPC registration is mandatory.
  • At least 1 year of post-registration experience in the UK is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work autonomously and possess strong IT skills.
