Paramedic Disability Assessor

We are seeking a skilled Paramedic to join our team as a Disability Assessor. As a Disability Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of individuals with various physical and mental health conditions to determine their eligibility for the Personal Independence Payment (PIP) benefit scheme.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals with diverse health conditions to understand the impact of their disabilities on their daily lives.
- Work from home and in an assessment centre to complete assessments, using your clinical expertise to gather information and interpret medical evidence.
- Produce detailed reports to support the decision-making process by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
- NMC or HCPC registration is mandatory.
- At least 1 year of post-registration experience in the UK is required.
- Proactive, keen to learn, and receptive to feedback.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and possess IT competency.
