Spanish Speaking Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spanish-speaking Business Development Manager to join our multicultural sales team in the events industry. As a key player in our growth, you will be responsible for generating leads in the Spanish market and managing the sales cycle from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify prospects in the Spanish market, leveraging your expertise to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
- Develop and present compelling proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our company's innovative solutions and value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to close mutually beneficial deals, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need to be fluent in Spanish and English, with proven experience in a 360 business development role. In return, you will enjoy a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, early finish on Fridays, and the opportunity to work with a pioneering company in the industry.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience as a Business Development Manager, BDR, or in a 360 sales role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of curiosity, empathy, and integrity.
