Carpentry Apprentice Program Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated trainee to join our team and develop their skills in carpentry and construction.
The JobThis is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn from our experienced team. As a Trainee Carpenter, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs within customers' properties, including carpentry, kitchen, and fencing work.
Duties & Responsibilities- Carry out general joinery tasks, such as cutting and shaping timber for floorboards, doors, skirting boards, and window frames.
- Undertake Fire door replacement and other tasks required by the company.
- Manual dexterity is essential, as you will frequently use hand tools.
- Ability to work in confined spaces without restriction.
- All fees and examination costs associated with your apprenticeship course will be fully covered by us.
- Eligibility to trade incentive bonus scheme.
- An estimated salary of £28,000 per year, based on location and experience.
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays & birthday off.
- Pay review every September.
