Civil Engineering Director

Fortis Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Associate Director/Director Designate Civils to join our consultancy supporting the development industry. Our client is an independent provider of flood risk, infrastructure, and highways design services.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and coordinate detailed design and implementation of projects throughout the construction phase.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, requiring strong time management skills.
- Oversee an experienced technical team, managing resources and delegating tasks accordingly.
- Support financial and commercial management through calculated project management.
- Develop strong knowledge in financial and contractual aspects of planning, bidding, and delivering on large and small client projects.
- Proven career history in client care and business development.
- BSc or MSc in Civil Engineering or a related field.
