Associate Director/Director Designate Civils

Fortis Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director/Director Designate Civils to join our team. As a key member of our consultancy, you will play a vital role in supporting the development industry with flood risk, infrastructure, and highways design expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate detailed design and implementation of projects throughout the construction phase.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, requiring strong time management skills.
  • Oversee an experienced technical team, managing resources and delegating tasks effectively.
  • Support financial and commercial management through calculated project management.
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of financial and contractual aspects of planning, bidding, and delivering client projects.

Requirements:

  • BSc or MSc in Civil Engineering.
  • Chartered status with at least 8-10 years of commercial experience.
  • Strong knowledge of legal processes, planning, design, design software, adoption, and contract procedures.
  • Relevant software skills, including MicroDrainage and AutoCAD.
