Are you eager to kickstart your career in administration? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Finance/Admin Assistant to join our small and supportive team based in Uddingston. This permanent full-time role offers a salary of £22K-25K, depending on experience, and has a working pattern of Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  2. Ensure customers are updated on the progress of their orders
  3. Accurately input order details into the system
  4. Assist with finance functions, including purchase ledger and sales ledger (training will be provided)
  5. Raise sales invoices and input data into Sage 50 (training will be provided)
  6. Provide support to the wider team

Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (desirable)

The estimated salary for this role is £23,000, taking into account the location and industry standards.
