They are currently seeking a skilled Corporate Finance Administrator to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

The role involves:

  • Administrative support for new starters and leavers: Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Audit of expenses allocated to the Expense Team: Regularly review and reconcile expenses to prevent errors and ensure compliance.
  • Audit of expenses reclaimed outside of policy: Investigate any discrepancies or anomalies in expense claims to maintain accurate records.
  • Management of delegate access within the expense system: Control user access and permissions to protect sensitive information.
  • Processing out-of-pocket payments and direct debits through the bank portal and 3E system: Reconcile payments made by employees through these systems.
  • Administration of the corporate credit card programme: Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of transactions.
  • Monthly reconciliation of credit card statements for over 300 users: Verify and resolve discrepancies or issues with credit card statements.
  • Regular audits of corporate credit card holders: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaboration with financial accounts to reconcile balance sheet accounts: Work together to achieve accurate and complete reconciliation.
  • Assistance with bank reconciliations: Help ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of transactions.

The ideal candidate will have:
