Therapy Expert for SEN Students

Sterling Cross seeks an accomplished Speech and Language Therapist to become a valued member of its team, working exclusively with students aged 10-16 who require tailored support due to SEMH as their primary need, possibly accompanied by sensory differences and SLCN.
The successful applicant will have a proven ability to develop and implement customised speech and language therapy plans, and collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team.
This position offers a unique opportunity for a Speech and Language Therapist to contribute to the holistic education and development of our students.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Creating and implementing adaptive therapy plans to enhance students' communication abilities
- Maintaining strong relationships with teaching staff and other specialists to ensure seamless support
- Conducting workshops and training sessions to equip colleagues with effective communication strategies
- Monitoring student progress and making adjustments to therapy plans as necessary
As a member of the Sterling Cross team, you can expect:
