Key Responsibilities

As an Senior Building Surveyor, you will work on various projects across different sectors, delivering refurbishment, improvement, and modernisation projects. This role involves undertaking feasibility studies, producing specifications, obtaining estimates, and administering contracts for refurbishment projects using standard forms of building contract such as JCT and NEC.

You will be responsible for mentoring and training Building Surveyors and providing Supervisor support. Additionally, you will line manage Junior Building Surveying staff and carry out surveys, inspections, and manage regional schemes. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to develop new business opportunities.
