Regional Business Growth Manager

We are currently searching for a Regional Business Growth Manager to cover the South-West region. As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing sales objectives and development plans with customers, colleagues, and management.
The ideal candidate will have excellent market knowledge and relationships in sanitaryware and bathroom markets, as well as strong business acumen and abilities to develop strategies to expand sales.
Key responsibilities include generating new business by developing customer base for our decorative laminate tile replacement wall panel products, maintaining existing business within each direct customer account, and understanding current and changing market trends and their impact on customers.
A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum is offered, plus benefits including life insurance x 4, employee assistance programme, pension rates, and service awards.
