About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director to join our Corporate and Investment Banking team. As a Director, you will play a key role in defining the strategy and setting the direction for our business, modeling our values and behaviors, and coaching and developing junior members of the team.

You will have a deep understanding of the Corporate and Investment Banking industry, with broad cross-asset class experience of both products and regulation. Ideally, you will have experience implementing large-scale regulatory changes, developing strategic roadmaps, and understanding 3 lines of defense and control design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead programs and projects to deliver business growth and regulatory compliance
  • Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for Corporate and Investment Banking organizations
  • Identify and mitigate risks that may affect successful delivery
  • Apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to ensure team plans and objectives are achieved
  • Contribute to thought leadership and business development initiatives
Requirements
  • Deep knowledge of Corporate and Investment Banking with broad cross-asset class experience
  • Experience implementing large-scale regulatory changes and developing strategic roadmaps
  • Understanding of 3 lines of defense and control design
  • Proven ability to nurture and develop individuals
  • Experience in people management and business development
