About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Director to join our Corporate and Investment Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading large-scale projects and developing strategic roadmaps for our clients in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects and initiatives
  • Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for clients in the Corporate and Investment Banking sector
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Contribute to business development and thought leadership initiatives
  • Manage and develop junior team members
Requirements
  • Deep knowledge of Corporate and Investment Banking with broad cross-asset class experience
  • Experience in implementing large-scale regulatory changes and developing strategic roadmaps
  • Strong understanding of 3 lines of defense and control design
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to nurture and develop individuals
  • Experience in people management and business development
