Executive Education Coordinator

The Royal College of Art, a world-renowned institution for art and design, is seeking an Executive Education Coordinator to fill a maternity cover position. This exciting role will involve planning and delivering The RCA's Executive Education open programs, including summer courses, masterclasses, and bespoke initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Management: Oversee the annual schedule for RCA's Executive Education open short courses, collaborating with internal academic and administrative teams.
  • Event Management: Manage the end-to-end delivery of executive education events, including logistics such as client bookings, invoicing, room and equipment bookings, catering, and staffing.
  • Business Development: Work closely with Schools, Centres, and the Head of Executive Education to expand and diversify RCA's Executive Education offerings, increasing income and building key relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Communications: Create engaging marketing content, write event plans and proposals, and manage enquiries and bookings for the Executive Education program.
  • Financial Management: Ensure that all programs are delivered within budget, managing day-to-day financial processes such as invoicing and reporting.
