About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CASS Manager to join our team at JJ SEARCH LIMITED. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the firm meets all relevant CASS requirements and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the maintenance of CASS governance documents, Rule Mapping, Risk register, and Control Wording.
  • Take ownership of the 2 annual limited assurance CASS audits.
  • Manage the full CASS audits and any ad-hoc internal audits, liaising with various operational teams and collating data and drafting reports ahead of applicable deadlines for review and challenge by the Head of CASS.
  • Have oversight on both the CASS breaches register and provide updates to the various Client Asset committees and working groups when required.
  • Maintain all the CASS policies and procedures as well as the annual updates of due diligence on banks and custodians.
  • Lead the production of various MI for relevant stakeholders across the business and the implementation and management of a CASS monitoring programme.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years CASS experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of CASS rules.
  • Ability to manage CASS audit process.
  • Strong data manipulation skills and experience with Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and can use their initiative.
