The Role
We are seeking an experienced CASS Manager to support the Head of CASS in ensuring the firm meets all relevant CASS requirements and responsibilities.
The CASS Manager will be responsible for maintaining CASS governance documents, Rule Mapping, Risk register, and Control Wording, as well as overseeing the 2 annual limited assurance CASS audits.
The CASS Manager will manage the full CASS audits and any ad-hoc internal audits, liaising with operational teams and collating data and drafting reports ahead of deadlines for review and challenge by the Head of CASS.
The CASS Manager will have oversight of the CASS breaches register and provide updates to Client Asset committees and working groups as required.
The CASS Manager will maintain CASS policies and procedures and update due diligence on banks and custodians annually.
The CASS Manager will lead the production of MI for stakeholders across the business and implement and manage a CASS monitoring programme.
The Candidate
Minimum 5 years CASS experience.
Excellent knowledge of CASS rules.
Ability to manage CASS audit process.
Strong data manipulation skills and experience with Excel.
Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to use initiative.
