Job Overview

About the Role

The successful candidate will work as part of a dynamic MASH team, providing expert advice and support to colleagues across the organization. With a salary range of £44,658 to £46,704 per annum, this role offers a competitive package, including a £4,000 welcome bonus and £8,000 relocation incentive.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the MASH team to ensure effective case management and decision-making.
  • Provide guidance and support to social workers, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practice in child protection and welfare.
Requirements
  • A social work qualification and registration with Social Work England are essential.
  • Proven experience in a child protection or MASH role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
