About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Postroom & Facilities Assistant to join our team at Kurt Geiger. As a key member of our Facilities Team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our Head Office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage building stationery supplies and ensure a well-stocked postroom
  • Assist with heavy lifting and moving of boxes and equipment
  • Unload and deliver sample sale boxes to the canteen and warehouse
  • Set up and pack down showrooms for quarterly updates and events
  • Support with office moves, including moving heavy furniture and building office furniture
  • Receive and log incoming parcels, including DHL heavyweight deliveries
  • Clear reception of deliveries and maintain a tidy postroom
  • Perform daily building maintenance checks and address any issues that arise
  • Cover for the Facilities Assistant as needed, including early starts and kitchen supply replenishment
  • Provide access passes to contractors and ensure meeting rooms are set up as required
  • Arrange and sort deliveries, including breakfast, biscuit, and fruit supplies
  • Perform end-of-day procedures, including closing blinds and locking gates
  • Take post to the post office on the last Friday of the month
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A can-do attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and identify areas for improvement
