Commercial Development Manager, Amazon Freight

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Amazon Freight team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing and growing our existing portfolio of shippers through relationship building, engagement activities, and exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities include maintaining high-level engagement with shippers, proactively identifying challenges, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial roles, be highly analytical, and customer-obsessed.
About the role
- Nurture and grow an existing portfolio of small/medium-sized shippers and achieve volume goals with best-in-class service
- Lead new commercial initiatives to solve customer pain points and improve shipper experience
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the portfolio as well as internally
- Maintain a high level of engagement from our shippers through consultative account management

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- A degree
- Experience in business development, partner development, sales or alliances management
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services
