Business Development Manager, Freight, Amazon Freight

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Developer to join our team at Amazon Freight. As a key member of our Commercial Development team, you will be responsible for unlocking and growing our portfolios through sales development, relationship building, and engagement activities.
The successful candidate will analyse market data to identify trends and opportunities, utilise an extensive network of relationships within the relevant industry to gather market intelligence, and execute on business development opportunities.
This role requires a results-driven individual with excellent analytical and communication skills, able to facilitate market data to identify trends and opportunities, and execute on business development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Acquire, engage and accelerate high potential shippers to Amazon Freight.
- Be the voice of the customer to guide product development and iterations.
- Identify and lead complex projects or initiatives to solve customer pain points and improve experience by collaborating with internal stakeholders globally.
- Communicate ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, to all types of audiences.
