2nd Line Support Technician

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled 2nd Line Support Technician to join our team at Oscar. As a 2nd Line Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and working closely with the support team to ensure prompt resolution of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd Line Support to users via phone, email, or remote desktop
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktop hardware, operating systems, and software packages
  • Work closely with the support team to ensure assigned calls are responded to, diagnosed, and resolved swiftly
  • Experience in deskside support or other user support functions
  • Microsoft Office and Office 365, including SharePoint and Exchange
  • Experience of Troubleshooting Hardware and Software
  • Experience working with Power Automate, Power BI, or Power Flow
