About the Job

We are recruiting for a Safety Professional - Site Operations to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective health and safety strategies to ensure the well-being of our employees.

Responsibilities

  1. Monitor site performance against set KPIs and create plans to improve processes.
  2. Set up workplace health and safety programmes and arrange training sessions.
  3. Analyse safety metrics and incident trends to help colleagues plan appropriate resources for areas with the highest risk.
  4. Carry out audits to make sure your site is compliant with relevant health and safety laws and implement solutions where you identify risks.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of qualification in a related field, along with a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification. You should also have advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.

Estimated Salary: £60,000-£70,000
