About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring site performance against set KPIs and creating plans to improve processes. You will also set up workplace health and safety programmes and arrange training sessions for colleagues. Additionally, you will analyse safety metrics and incident trends to help identify areas with the highest risk and implement solutions where necessary.

Job Requirements

We are looking for an individual with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in line with the European Qualifications Framework (EQF), as well as a NEBOSH Diploma/NVQ5 level or equivalent qualification. Experience of Lean, 5S, or Kaizen methodologies would be an asset, as would advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum

This is a full-time position based at one of our locations, which could be one of our fulfilment centres, sortation centres, or delivery stations. As a Workplace Risk Management Professional, you will be responsible for helping us stay on top of health and safety compliance and identifying potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
