The successful candidate will work closely with our artist hires and planning team to develop, negotiate, and implement our artistic rental programme. Key responsibilities include nurturing relationships with partner organisations, maintaining our reputation, and collaborating with marketing teams to maximise sales.

Essential requirements include extensive knowledge of the music industry, experience in an arts venue or festival at a managerial level, and proficiency in budget management. Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills are also necessary.
