Gallery Programme Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Gallery Programme Assistant to join our team at White Cube. This role involves managing artist relationships, coordinating exhibitions, and maintaining our inventory database.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the point of contact for internal enquiries and artist studio teams, providing accurate information and support.
- Manage and update inventory records, ensuring accuracy and consistency with studio records.
- Coordinate artist schedules, utilizing Google Alerts to track upcoming events and press coverage.
- Prepare itineraries and welcome packs for visiting artists and assistants, arranging travel and accommodation as needed.
The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a generous pension scheme, life insurance, and 22 days' annual leave.
