Role Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Gallery Programme Assistant to join our team at White Cube. This role involves managing artist relationships, coordinating exhibitions, and maintaining our inventory database.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as the point of contact for internal enquiries and artist studio teams, providing accurate information and support.
  2. Manage and update inventory records, ensuring accuracy and consistency with studio records.
  3. Coordinate artist schedules, utilizing Google Alerts to track upcoming events and press coverage.
  4. Prepare itineraries and welcome packs for visiting artists and assistants, arranging travel and accommodation as needed.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a generous pension scheme, life insurance, and 22 days' annual leave.
