Regional Sales Development Manager

Overview

William Henry Associates is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Development Manager to join their team in the UK. Salary

The estimated salary for this role is between £45,000 and £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

As a Regional Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for the sales growth within a specific geographical area. Your primary focus will be on developing strong relationships with specifiers, architects, and other key decision-makers in the commercial building sector. This will involve regular meetings to specify products, following up on major construction projects, and creating customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

* Meet with decision-makers to discuss product specifications in public and commercial buildings, healthcare establishments, and other relevant settings.

* Follow up on major construction projects, from design to handover.

* Develop a loyal customer base and grow your network of professional distributors.

* Provide training to clients and specifiers on the company's products.

* Plan and organize visits to ensure maximum efficiency.

* Drive sales growth in your designated area.

Candidate Requirements

* A minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B field sales.

* A stable employment background and a technical background.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* Proficiency in using computers and other digital tools.
